The reason for the space schedule is because they are testing the technology and looking at it for replacing glass as a mirror substrate. There goal is so you won't have to take the time and expense to get heavy glass or fragile glass up in space. It will be made out of composite. The mirrors are scheduled to be installed on a tray outside the space station on Tuesday . The space shuttle is called Atlantis .
